Building Surveyor

Location: United Arab Emirates
Experience: Minimum 1 year (UAE experience required)

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Building Surveyor with at least 1 year of UAE experience. The candidate must be able to independently carry out surveying tasks and should have strong knowledge of surveying instruments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform building and site surveys as required
• Accurately measure, record, and document site data
• Assist in setting out works and ensuring correct levels
• Coordinate with site engineers and project teams
• Prepare survey reports and maintain proper records

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of UAE experience as a Building Surveyor
• Proficient in using Total Station and Auto Level
• Good understanding of site procedures and construction drawings
• Ability to work independently and meet project timelines
• Strong communication and reporting skills
