Building Watchman

We are looking to hire a Watchman for a newly constructed building.
The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

Requirements:

• Able to communicate in English and basic Arabic.
• Has knowledge of general maintenance (electrical, plumbing, minor repairs, etc.).
• Responsible, trustworthy, and attentive to building security.
• Previous experience as a watchman or maintenance helper is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and secure the building premises.
• Support minor maintenance and cleaning tasks.
• Assist tenants and report any issues to the management.

Salary: To be discussed during the interview.
