Buildings and Grounds Worker

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated buildings & Groundworker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various outdoor and indoor maintenance tasks including landscaping, Landscape projects, painting, cleaning, vehicle cleaning, etc.

Responsibilities:

- pick up mail, and run for parts as needed.

- Empty trash bins and set up recyclables
- Perform snow plowing, digging, and landscape maintenance duties as needed
- painting and special clean up projects.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various tasks
- Conduct lawn care activities such as mowing, edging, and fertilizing

Qualifications:

- Drivers license mandatory with clean record
- Prior experience in buildings or related field is preferred
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in snow plowing operations
- Familiarity with tree care practices
- Knowledge of hardscape installation methods

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
