**Job Description: Business Development Executive (Drone Services Firm)**

**Overview:**

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our innovative drone services firm. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying opportunities, building strategic relationships, and closing deals within the rapidly expanding drone industry.

**Responsibilities:**

1. **Market Research and Analysis:**

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market segments for drone services.

- Analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to develop business strategies.

2. **Business Development:**

- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development plan to achieve company goals and objectives.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation methods.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target industries.

3. **Proposal Development and Negotiation:**

- Prepare proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to the needs of prospective clients.

- Negotiate terms and contracts with clients to close deals and achieve sales targets.

4. **Collaboration and Teamwork:**

- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including operations, marketing, and technical departments, to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

- Provide feedback and insights from the market to inform product development and service enhancements.

5. **Sales Strategy and Reporting:**

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.

- Track sales activities, pipeline, and results using CRM software and provide regular reports to management.

**Requirements:**

- Proven track record in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within the drone industry or technology sector.

- Strong understanding of drone services, applications, and market dynamics.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
