Buisness Development Executive

We are looking for a fresher dynamic professionals who can give assistance to US-based companies through Cold Calling. They should be confident in building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.

*This job is based on a fixed salary + high ticket incentives with no target.

The major roles & responsibilities include: -

1. Make calls to given data within the timeframe.

2. Provide the correct information to the customers.

3. Enter details into the Sheets.

4. Provide product/service information by answering questions; and offering assistance.

5. Maintain the database by entering and verifying information; updating the contact log.

6. Improve quality results by recommending changes.

7. Keep on updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities & training programs.

8. Add value to the organization by his/her behavior & performance.

9. Do regular Follow-ups with the Maintained Prospect Sheet.

10. Generate Leads during the Clod calling process as much as possible.

Requirements:

· Very Good proficiency in English is required

· Good comprehension skills

· Very Good visualization skills

. sound knowledge of technology ( Website, software, etc.)

. only US-based holidays will be given

Qualifications

• 10 - 12 passed candidates/Pursuing Graduation only.
• Strong communication and presentation skills

Shift Time:- 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM Mon- Fri (UK/US Process)

Salary: Fixed 10K + Good Incentives

** Candidates from Lucknow are preferred only.

** Selection will be based on the CV getting shortlisted and Interview rounds.

** The candidate must sign a legal service bond.
