Job Summary
AS Estimation and Consultants is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Lead / Business Development Manager to manage and lead our US calling campaign. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising the calling team, improving performance, and ensuring maximum client acquisition through effective communication and sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and supervise the calling team to achieve sales targets
- Monitor daily calling activity, performance, and conversions
- Train and guide team members on effective communication and closing techniques
- Develop and implement strategies to increase client acquisition
- Handle escalations and support team members in closing deals
- Ensure quality assurance and maintain high standards in client interaction
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
- Coordinate with management for campaign improvements and growth
Requirements
- Proven experience in calling campaigns, telemarketing, or sales (preferably US campaign)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent spoken English and communication skills
- Ability to work in a night shift (7 PM – 3 AM)
- Target-driven mindset with strong closing and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as a Team Lead or Supervisor in a calling environment
- Background in B2B sales or consultancy services
- Understanding of estimation or construction industry (plus point)
