Sindle Trucking, LLC is a growing bulk liquid transportation company specializing in the safe and reliable transportation of chemicals, industrial liquids, and environmental waste streams throughout Texas and surrounding states. We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Bulk Chemical Dispatcher to join our operations team.

Position Summary

The Bulk Chemical Dispatcher will coordinate drivers, equipment, and customer shipments to ensure safe, efficient, and on-time service. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and experience in the bulk liquid transportation industry.

Responsibilities

Dispatch and manage company drivers and owner operators.

Coordinate bulk chemical and liquid tank shipments.

Monitor driver hours of service and DOT compliance.

Communicate with customers regarding load status, scheduling, and delivery updates.

Schedule tank washes, maintenance, and equipment availability.

Track loads from pickup through delivery.

Resolve operational issues and adjust schedules as needed.

Enter load information into transportation management systems.

Work closely with drivers, customers, and operations personnel.

Maintain accurate records and dispatch documentation.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of dispatch experience in bulk liquid, chemical, tanker, or hazardous material transportation.

Strong understanding of DOT regulations and Hours of Service.

Experience with transportation management software.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Knowledge of tanker operations and chemical transportation preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience dispatching vacuum trailers, chemical tankers, or environmental transportation equipment.

Familiarity with Motive, Samsara, ToroTMS, or similar systems.

Knowledge of tank wash procedures and bulk liquid loading/unloading operations.
