Bulk Oil & Ag Equipment Delivery Driver- Impact Center
True North Equipment is looking for a dependable Class A CDL Driver with Tanker Endorsement to transport large ag equipment and deliver bulk oils, fluids, and related products to customers and TNE dealership locations across North Dakota and Minnesota.

What You’ll Do
- Safely transport ag equipment to and from customers and between dealership locations, with and without pilot car assistance.
- Operate a semi with detachable trailer and other support vehicles as needed.
- Follow all instructions for pickup, transport, and delivery of bulk oils, diesel exhaust fluid (DEF), packaged oil, and occasional parts from a central location to customers and/or store locations.
- Maintain assigned bulk delivery routes to customer locations monthly or as needed.
- Proactively communicate delivery times and possible delivery delays to your manager, dispatcher, customers, and store locations.
- Load, unload, and properly secure equipment and products, including chaining, tie-downs, restraints, and safe handling of bulk fluids.
- Complete daily DOT inspections and ensure compliance with DOT, FMCSA, OSHA, and company requirements, including hours-of-service regulations.
- Maintain accurate pickup and delivery records, mileage logs, load details, signatures, receipts, and all required documentation.
- Utilize True North Equipment’s trucking system requirements to track mileage and load details.
- Obtain proper permits needed for trucking operations based on load-specific details.
- Plan daily travel routes using available routing resources while maintaining compliance with weight limits, axle spacing, vehicle dimensions, narrow roads, low bridges, and powerline considerations.
- Work closely with pilot car drivers and follow required processes to maintain legal equipment hauling requirements.
- Maintain product knowledge on bulk fluids sold within the dealership’s area of responsibility.
- Promote and explain the bulk fluid program and products to customers during deliveries as needed.
- Provide basic equipment operation guidance to customers when needed.
- Support Service and Sales teams with timely equipment deliveries and pickups.
- Maintain assigned truck and related equipment in clean, safe operating condition and report or schedule needed repairs.
- Maintain all required certifications in line with DOT, OSHA, and company policy.
- Conduct yourself in the presence of customers and the community in a way that presents a professional image of True North Equipment.
- Seek and participate in company/location training, development, and communication efforts, including open book meetings, huddles, and department meetings.
- Perform all other duties as assigned by management in a safe, professional, and efficient manner.
- Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, and support resources.
What We’re Looking For
- Valid Class A CDL with current medical card.
- Clean driving record and ability to meet True North Equipment driving standards.
- Ability to pass a DOT physical examination and comply with all DOT and FMCSA regulations.
- Tanker endorsement is required.
- 3+ years of CDL driving experience; semi-trailer truck operation experience preferred.
- Equipment hauling experience preferred, especially hauling heavy and/or ag equipment.
- Knowledge of loading and unloading procedures preferred.
- Experience loading/unloading heavy equipment and properly securing loads.
- Ability to operate a forklift.
- Ability to load and unload trailers.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. repeatedly as needed.
- Ability to use step ladders to access oil tanks.
- Strong understanding of DOT regulations and safe driving practices.
- Must be a safe and courteous driver who represents True North Equipment professionally.
- Ability to work independently and manage routes, records, and customer communication.
- Ability to perform vehicle safety inspections.
- Ability to drive a manual transmission.
- Willingness to work overtime or occasional weekends during peak seasons to meet business needs.
- Must meet minimum age requirements by state.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
Work Schedule
- Off-season: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- In-season: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM and rotational Saturdays, 7:30 AM - 12:00 PM
- Additional overtime may be needed during peak seasons
- No overnight travel required
