Bulldozer Operator

We are seeking Bulldozer Operators to join our team in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate bulldozers to push, spread, and level soil, sand, gravel, rock, or debris
• Read and interpret grade stakes, site plans, and instructions from supervisors
• Perform rough and fine grading according to project specifications
• Inspect equipment before, during, and after operation to ensure safe working condition
• Perform basic maintenance such as lubrication, cleaning, and minor adjustments
• Identify and report mechanical issues or safety hazards immediately
• Follow all safety regulations, company policies, and site-specific procedures
• Work closely with other equipment operators, laborers, and supervisors

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Proven experience operating bulldozers or similar heavy equipment
• Valid UAE heavy equipment operator license
• Strong understanding of grading techniques and soil types
