Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bulldozer Operator to join our dynamic construction team. Responsibilities

• Operate bulldozers and other heavy equipment such as loaders, backhoes, graders, excavators, dump trucks, water trucks, horizontal drilling rigs, tankers, and paving machines to perform earthmoving tasks.
• Conduct pre-operation inspections of machinery to ensure safety and optimal functioning.
• Execute grading, leveling, trenching, backfilling, and site clearing tasks with precision and efficiency.
• Coordinate with project managers and team members to understand daily objectives and adapt operations accordingly.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, maintenance needs, and work progress.
• Follow all safety protocols and construction site regulations to promote a secure working environment.
• Assist with equipment setup and breakdown at job sites while ensuring proper handling of machinery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating bulldozers and other heavy equipment such as excavators, loaders, graders, backhoes, dump trucks, water trucks, horizontal drills, tankers, or paving machines.
• Strong mechanical knowledge of heavy construction machinery including Caterpillar (CAT) equipment.
• Preferred Valid commercial driver’s license with experience in operating large vehicles like dump trucks or tanker trucks is preferred.
• Construction site experience demonstrating familiarity with safety standards and operational procedures.
• Ability to perform routine maintenance checks and minor repairs on machinery.
• Knowledge of construction processes including paving, grading, excavation, and site preparation techniques.

Pay: $24.86 - $29.94 per hour
