Job Summary

Rizan Jewellery is seeking an experienced Bullion Dealer with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in physical bullion dealing within the Dubai market. The role involves buying, selling, pricing, and managing physical gold bullion while ensuring compliance with market regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute buying and selling of physical gold bullion (bars/coins) in the Dubai bullion market.
• Monitor live gold prices and market trends to ensure competitive and accurate pricing.
• Negotiate rates with suppliers, traders, and customers to maximize margins.
• Handle physical bullion transactions, including receipt, verification, weighing, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of bullion trades, stock movement, and daily positions.
• Coordinate with accounts and logistics teams for settlements and deliveries.
• Ensure strict compliance with UAE regulations, AML policies, and internal controls.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with market traders, suppliers, and clients.
• Report daily trading activity and market insights to management.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of mandatory experience in physical bullion dealing in the Dubai market.
• Strong knowledge of gold bullion pricing, premiums, spreads, and market dynamics.
• Hands-on experience handling physical gold bullion is essential.
• Familiarity with Dubai Gold Souk operations and local bullion trading practices.
• Good numerical, analytical, and negotiation skills.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent understanding of bullion market movements and risk factors.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced trading environment.
• Good communication and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic trading/reporting tools.

Preferred Requirements

• Experience working with jewellery groups or bullion trading firms in the UAE.
• Knowledge of compliance, KYC, and AML procedures related to bullion trading.
