Are you passionate about working with children and providing a safe and nurturing environment? We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Childwatch staff member. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and engaging with children while their parents or guardians utilize our facility.

Duties:

- Provide a safe and secure environment for children in our care
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities and play
- Monitor children to ensure their well-being and safety at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Childwatch area
- Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding their child's experience

Skills:

- Experience working with children in a daycare, babysitting, or similar setting
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques for children of different ages
- Familiarity with first aid procedures and ability to respond to minor injuries
