Do you enjoy helping people, building connections, and making a difference every day? Join our growing in-home care team as an Appointment Representative and help families take the first step toward quality care for their loved ones.

In this role, you’ll speak with prospective clients, answer questions about our services, and schedule in-home consultations for our care team. Your compassion, communication skills, and positive attitude will help families feel supported during important decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound inquiries from families and referral sources
• Schedule consultations and appointments
• Follow up with prospective clients
• Maintain accurate customer information
• Provide friendly, professional customer service

We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:

• Friendly and professional on the phone
• Organized and detail-oriented with lots of documentation involved
• Comfortable using computers and scheduling systems
• Compassionate and dependable
• Customer service or call center experience is a plus

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
