Job Title: Bus Driver

Job Summary:
We are seeking a responsible and experienced Bus Driver with at least 2 years of experience to safely transport passengers along assigned routes. The ideal candidate must ensure passenger safety, follow schedules, and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the bus safely and efficiently on assigned routes.
• Follow scheduled timetables to ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of passengers.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the bus to ensure it is in good working condition.
• Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, including those with special needs.
• Ensure passenger safety by enforcing safety regulations and rules.
• Report any mechanical issues, accidents, or incidents immediately.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness inside the bus.
• Handle passenger inquiries and provide courteous service.
• Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumptions, and maintenance.

Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s license with passenger endorsement.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Bus driver.
• Knowledge of traffic laws and bus operations.
• Good physical condition and stamina for long hours of driving.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. (Basic English)
• Punctual, reliable, and responsible.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in difficult situations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,700.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
