Bus Driver

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Heavy Bus Driver (UAE License No. 6) based in Dubai. The driver will be responsible for transporting company staff and laborers between Jebel Ali camp accommodations and various work sites within JAFZA. The role requires strict adherence to schedules, safety regulations, and company policies to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport workers between Jebel Ali camp and JAFZA sites as per assigned schedules
• Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off to avoid operational delays
• Follow all JAFZA regulations, RTA rules, and UAE traffic laws
• Conduct daily vehicle inspection (fuel, tires, brakes, cleanliness, etc.)
• Maintain discipline and safety of passengers during transit
• Report breakdowns, delays, or incidents immediately to the operations team
• Coordinate with site supervisors and transport coordinators for route planning
• Ensure proper parking and compliance with free zone regulations

Qualifications:

• Valid UAE Driving License No. 6 (Heavy Bus License)
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the UAE as a heavy bus driver
• Familiarity with Jebel Ali, JAFZA routes, and industrial areas
• Good understanding of safety procedures and compliance requirements
• Ability to manage large groups of workers professionally
• Basic communication skills
• Physically fit and capable of working in shift schedules

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
