Bus Driver

The Bus Driver ensures the safe, timely, and efficient transportation of employees, students, or guests. This role upholds high standards of safety, professionalism, and customer service while maintaining the assigned vehicle in excellent working condition.

Key Responsibilities

Transportation & Safety

• Safely operate company buses in compliance with UAE traffic laws and internal transport policies.
• Transport passengers to and from designated locations according to the approved schedule.
• Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is safe, clean, and road‑ready.
• Report any mechanical issues, incidents, or delays immediately to the Transport Supervisor.
• Ensure all passengers follow safety rules, including seatbelt use where applicable.

Customer Service & Conduct

• Maintain a courteous, professional, and respectful attitude toward passengers at all times.
• Assist passengers with boarding, seating, and luggage when required.
• Provide clear communication regarding routes, schedules, and safety instructions.

Vehicle Care & Compliance

• Keep the bus clean, sanitized, and presentable at all times.
• Ensure fuel levels are maintained and refuel the vehicle as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and trip logs.
• Follow company procedures for vehicle maintenance, servicing, and reporting.

General Duties

• Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and operational guidelines.
• Support transport operations during special events, peak hours, or emergency situations.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the Transport Supervisor or Operations team.

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid UAE Heavy Vehicle / Bus Driving License (Category 5 or equivalent).
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience driving buses in the UAE (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of UAE roads, traffic rules, and safety regulations.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Responsible, punctual, and safety‑focused.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high‑traffic or time‑sensitive situations.

Pay: AED4,000.00 per month
