Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Bus Duct Installation Foreman to supervise and coordinate bus duct installation activities on site. The role involves managing installation teams, ensuring work is completed according to project specifications, safety standards, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the installation of bus duct / busbar systems on project sites.
• Coordinate daily site activities and manpower for installation work.
• Ensure installation is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and project standards.
• Monitor work progress and report updates to the project engineer or site manager.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and quality requirements.
• Inspect materials, tools, and equipment before installation.
• Troubleshoot installation issues and coordinate with engineers when required.
• Maintain proper documentation of site activities.

Requirements:

• Diploma or technical certification in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in bus duct / busbar installation.
• Strong knowledge of electrical installation practices and site supervision.
• Ability to manage installation teams and coordinate with project staff.
• Familiarity with safety standards and site procedures.

Preferred:

• Experience working on large commercial or industrial electrical projects in the UAE.
