Responsibilities

Our Bus Persons are responsible for setting and clearing dining tables and stocks service stations in the hotels; continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Set and prepare tables for dining including but not limited to, folding napkins, cleaning, placing tableware, and serving water
• Ensure tableware is in good and working condition and report any defects
• Assist servers (food) with table service, including but not limited to, serving beverages and breads
• Retrieve and transport dirty tableware to dish washing area
• Practice safe work habits; comply with attendance rules and be available for work on a regular basis
