Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Executive to support the growth of our interior fit-out division across the UAE. The role focuses on lead generation, client engagement, market intelligence, and supporting the end-to-end sales cycle. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the UAE construction/fit-out landscape and demonstrate the ability to build relationships and convert opportunities into qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Lead Generation

· Identify and generate new business opportunities within commercial, retail, hospitality, and residential fit-out sectors.

· Conduct market research to track upcoming projects, tenders, and key industry movements.

· Maintain and update a pipeline of qualified leads using CRM systems.

· Proactively approach potential clients through cold calling, emails, networking events, and referrals.

Client Relationship Management

· Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, designers, and contractors.

· Assist in conducting client meetings, site visits, and presentations.

· Ensure timely follow-ups and client engagement throughout the sales cycle.

Sales Support & Coordination

· Support the preparation of proposals, prequalification documents, and presentations.

· Coordinate with estimation, design, and project teams to gather technical inputs.

· Assist in tender submissions ensuring accuracy and compliance with client requirements.

Market Intelligence

· Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and industry benchmarks.

· Gather insights on client preferences, project requirements, and emerging opportunities.

Reporting & Documentation

· Maintain accurate records of sales activities, meetings, and opportunities.

· Prepare weekly and monthly reports on business development performance.

Qualifications & Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

· 2–5 years of UAE experience in business development or sales within construction or interior fit-out.

· Basic understanding of fit-out processes, materials, and project lifecycle.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

· UAE driving license is preferred.
