Atlas Group of Institution is seeking a passionate and qualified Business & Accounts Faculty member to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in business and accounting, with the ability to effectively teach, mentor, and inspire students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging lectures and interactive sessions in Business, Accounting, and related subjects.
- Develop and update curriculum, lesson plans, and teaching materials in alignment with industry standards.
- Assess students’ progress through assignments, exams, and projects.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to students regarding career development and academic growth.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in business, finance, and accounting.
- Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and professional development activities.
- Contribute to academic research and institutional development.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Master’s degree or higher in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Prior teaching experience at a college or university level is preferred.
- Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or CFA (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using modern teaching tools and technology.
- Ability to create a dynamic and engaging learning environment.
