Business Acquisition Manager - Retail & Supermarkets

Persian Horizon is expanding its Retail portfolio and hiring a Business Acquisition Manager to source and secure retail and supermarket opportunities.

This role is for a pipeline builder and deal closer who understands Dubai's retail landscape.

What You'll Do

• Source supermarkets, minimarts, and retail stores ready for sale
• Build relationships with owners, brokers and mall leasing teams
• Track retail hotspots and emerging locations

Evaluate & Progress Deals

• Collect business information including:
• Lease terms and location
• Licensing and staffing
• Arrange meetings and move deals toward agreements

Build Acquisition Pipeline

• Maintain strong pipeline of retail opportunities
• Monitor retail trends and market changes

Requirements

• 5+ years in retail, brokerage or business development
• Strong knowledge of Dubai retail landscape
• Negotiation and networking skills
• Field-based mindset
• Base Salary: AED 15,000 - 25,000 (based on experience)
• Clear growth path within the acquisition team
