M3 is one of the key focus area for our business growth. With the introduction of various new products specifically designed for this sector, we recognize the need for a more focused approach to accelerate our market presence and growth.

Responsible for managing following segment role from FIN side :

  • Drive EP M3 business development in India via various stakeholders
  • Derive the business plan for the segment M3 with quantity, margin and EBIT development
  • Derive the action plan for implementation of the above business plan
  • Quantify market trends, Identify product gaps and its potential

- Enable New Business / Market Opportunities - addressing product gaps, align Business Plan, market introduction etc.

  • Compute Business Impact on promoting product sales strategies independently and via distributor policies, e-commerce etc.
  • Implement L2 Price List (proposal, computation of business impact and coordination with other stake holders).
  • Reviews the product KPIs development of existing products, identifies challenges and recommends solutions to reach planned volumes.
  • Define Marcom activities, plans and implements the same while monitoring the impact.
  • Forecasting – Demand forecasting, plans for product availability in defined SKU’s, and define factory capacities linearly to manage market acceptable lead times
  • New Product market introduction, participation in key fairs and exhibitions, product ramp-up as per Business plans and seamless product phase-out
  • Monitors and achieves Product KPIs (Qty, Revenue, Margin, Inventory)
  • Communicate with experts, partners, consultants etc to develop focus marketing activities for product push

- Develop & Motivate People - enable the personal development and growth of the team members and foster growth mindset

- Strategic orientation - Recommend strategy to be implemented by BU leadership to support profitable growth

  • Support BU functions in achieving peak performance while supporting BU leadership in strategic planning and special initiatives
