Overview
Experience in administrating and organizing issues preferably for major Oil and Gas/Petrochemical projects or closely related project types.
Provide administrative, financial, and coordination support to the PMS management team. Assist in the preparation and monitoring of
project budgets and reporting requirements. Coordinate personnel logistics, mobilization, and administrative documentation for the PMS
team. Support internal audits, procurement processes, and invoicing activities. Ensure compliance with company policies and
contractual administrative requirements. Maintain office records, correspondences, and performance documentation. Act as liaison
between PMS management, client representatives, and corporate support functions to ensure smooth administrative operations and alignment with project objectives.
Education
Alternative (I): Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Equivalent closely related field.
Alternative (II): Diploma in Business Administration or Equivalent closely related field.
Years Of Experience
Alternative (I): Eight (8) years
Alternative (II): Twelve (12) years
The job location will be based on Alkhafji , Saudi Arabia.
