Job Summary:

The role is focusing on leading the data gathering, analysis, and translation of complex business requirements into actionable solutions, while ensuring projects success, optimizing business processes, and aligning business needs with technological capabilities to support Operational Excellence objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor Business Analysts in gathering and prioritizing requirements.
  • Conduct workshops and stakeholder meetings to define current and future needs.
  • Analyze complex processes and data to identify gaps and improvements.
  • Work with IT and stakeholders to convert requirements into clear specifications.
  • Support design, testing, and deployment of solutions.
  • Act as liaison between business units and technical teams for alignment.
  • Drive initiatives to streamline and optimize business processes.
  • Maintain high-quality documentation (process maps, user guides, system specs).
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards within the banking sector.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 -10 years of experience in (business analysis, process improvement, or project management) with at least 2 years in leadership or senior analyst role, preferably within financial services.
  • Demonstrated expertise in requirements gathering methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools.
  • Professional certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or IIBA (International Institute of Business Analysis) are highly preferred.
