About the Role

We’re looking for a highly experienced Business Analyst to analyze business needs, document processes, gather requirements, and support cross-functional execution. The ideal candidate must have strong analytical skills, insurance domain understanding, and excellent communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with leadership to identify opportunities, define charters, KPIs, and expectations.
• Conduct design thinking workshops and document As-Is processes & gap analysis.
• Gather detailed requirements & collaborate with business/IT teams.
• Create user journeys, workflows, BRDs, FRDs, and solution recommendations.
• Coordinate backlog grooming, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
• Analyze data using statistical tools & present insights.
• Ensure alignment between stakeholders and technical teams.
• Prepare leadership-level reports and recommendations.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong experience documenting As-Is processes & gap analysis.
• Excellent analytical ability with large datasets.
• Proficient in research methodologies and market analysis.
• Good understanding of the Insurance domain.
• Experience interacting with onshore stakeholders.
• Strong communication & documentation skills (non-negotiable).
• High accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in IT / Business / Related field.
