About the Role:We are seeking a Business Analyst who is passionate about problem-solving, logical thinking, and supporting business requirements in a structured way. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals who want to build their career in business analyst.You will be working closely with the product, development, and QA teams to gather requirements, analyse processes, document solutions, and support the team in delivering business value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into user stories.
• Assist in creating process flows, and documentation.
• Support the team in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.
• Perform gap analysis and suggest improvements in processes.
• Ensure clear communication between business users, product, and technical teams.
• Track project progress, maintain reports, and support testing activities when needed.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving ability
• Smart worker with adaptability and eagerness to learn
• Good communication (verbal & written) and documentation skills
• Basic understanding of SDLC and Agile methodology
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail

Good to Have:

• MBA or equivalent degree in Business / IT / Operations (not mandatory)
• Knowledge of tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management tools
• Familiarity with reporting tools (Excel, Word etc.)

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
