TECHNICAL SKILLS TOSCA AND SAP AUTOMATION 5+ years of experience in Telecom domain. ? Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Engineering. ? Experience with IoT (Internet of Things), BSS & OSS systems & Services, 5G, VOTL ? Basic understanding of IT architecture and frameworks. FUNCTIONAL SKILLS · Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and development teams to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for mobile and web solutions. · Interface with other Connected Vehicle Feature Owners to define support processes for upcoming products and features. · Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment with architectural principles and design objectives. · Work closely with UX/UI designers to create wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes that visualize the user interface and user experience of mobile and Web applications. · Define test cases, validation scenarios, and acceptance criteria to ensure the quality and reliability of automotive/connected solutions, collaborating with QA engineers throughout the testing process. · Provide ongoing support and guidance to development teams during the implementation phase, clarifying requirements, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery of mobile banking solutions · Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and functional specifications. · Experience working in agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, and familiarity with tools such as JIRA or Confluence. · Work with product team to analyze the requirement, create user flow, system flow,solution documentation, HLD and LLD
