Business Analyst

Technical Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering,
• Mathematical Engineering, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development or Enterprise software (Banking, Factoring, or Investing experience is a plus).
• Expertise in writing detailed specifications, mockups, and documentation.
• Proficient with tools for creating impactful reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
• Strong grasp of UI/UX design principles.
• Passion for quality and continuous improvement.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and gather business requirements for B2B software projects.
• Design processes, create workflows, and develop mockups to visualize solutions.
• Conduct functional analysis to align business needs with technical implementation.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), resolve issues, and support deployment planning.
• Collaborate with project managers to prioritize backlogs and plan effective development cycles.
