Key Responsibilities:

• Gather & document business requirements (BRD, FRD).
• Conduct market research & support market strategy.
• Perform gap analysis & propose business solutions.
• Create flowcharts, diagrams, documentation & test cases.
• Identify business trends & provide insights.
• Act as a bridge between business & technology teams.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution.

Requirements:

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst (IT/Tech domain preferred).
• Strong in requirement gathering, documentation, and test case creation.
• Hands-on with flowcharts, process diagrams & analysis tools.
• Good knowledge of business strategy & market research.
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
