Job Profile:

As a Business Analyst, you will work alongside other business analysts and report directly to management.

Your main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and performing some user acceptance testing.

You will be required to lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies.

You will get full opportunity to work closely with Clients, conduct meetings and presentations and finally document your findings and user requirements.

You will also be the critical link who translates these findings to the development team and then ensure the adherence to plan.

In short, to succeed in this role you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users.

Requirements:

Your key USP has to be strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills.

You should have had experience in designing and documentation of software.

The challange is to move away from Run of the Mill software and to offer to clients Innovative and Well-Thought out solutions.

Business Analyst having worked in the Software field especially on web applications and ERP solutions will be preferred.
