Business Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between stakeholders and management teams, ensuring business needs are translated into effective solutions. This role requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to recommend process improvements that drive efficiency and growth.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business decisions.
• Map current business processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with Finance and Costing teams to design and implement effective solutions.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports for management.
• Undertake marketing strategies and improve them when necessary.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
• Need a strong foundation in vertical, horizontal, and ratio analysis for interpreting financial statements and evaluating business performance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, PowerPoint.
• Graduate or Postgraduate in Commerce, Business Administration(B.COM/BBA/M.COM/MBA)
• Solid academic foundation in commerce.
