We are looking for a detail oriented Junior Business Analyst to support the implementation of an Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solution for a banking client. This role will assist in gathering requirements, analyzing data, and documenting key use cases to ensure a successful deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the collection of business requirements and documentation of use cases.
Support data gathering on document volumes, formats, complexity, and process exceptions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to validate current-state processes.
Prepare reports and analysis that help justify and prioritize automation opportunities.
Document language-specific and country-level variations in document processing.
Work under the guidance of the Senior Business Analyst to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Support efforts to map use cases to Pega workflows and integration points.
Required Qualifications:
2 to 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with exposure to automation or document processing projects.
Understanding of business process documentation and data analysis techniques.
Exposure to or familiarity with Intelligent Document Processing concepts.
Good communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Experience with Pega is an advantage but not mandatory.
Willingness to learn and contribute to a fast-paced, transformation driven initiative.
