Business Analyst

Senior Business Analyst
Experience Required: 3–5 Years
Location: Jaipur technology by identifying problems, gathering requirements, and providing actionable insights to help shape impactful business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
Translate business needs into clear, detailed functional requirements/user stories and acceptance criteria.
Develop business process models, workflow diagrams, and use case documentation.
Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure solutions align with strategic goals.
Contribute to project planning, effort estimation, and risk assessment activities.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong understanding of business analysis frameworks, tools, and techniques.
Hands-on experience in working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
