Job Summary
The Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and enabling organizations to achieve their goals more effectively. The role involves understanding business needs, translating them into technical requirements, and facilitating collaboration between business and IT teams.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Collect and analyze requirements from stakeholders and document them clearly.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and support implementation of improvements.
- Stakeholder Management: Facilitate communication and alignment among stakeholders.
- Solution Design and Implementation: Contribute to designing and implementing solutions that meet business needs.
- Documentation and Communication: Prepare and maintain functional specifications, requirements documents, process flows, component diagrams, use cases, input/output docs, API documents, navigation site maps, etc.
- Testing and Validation: Collaborate with QA teams for solution testing and validation.
- Change Management: Support change management initiatives for smooth adoption and minimal disruption.
- Security and Audit Support: Assist in internal and external audits.
- Estimation & Risk Management: Apply task estimation techniques, effort variance, risk registers, version maintenance, CAR, and DAR.
- Tools & Methodologies: Work with tools like JIRA, draw.io, and project management tools; familiarity with SDLC methodologies is essential.
Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication for stakeholder interactions.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of databases, networks, and related technologies.
- Business Acumen: Solid understanding of business processes and operations.
- Project Management: Prior experience in project management or related roles is beneficial.
- Certifications (Preferred): CSPO, CBAP, or equivalent certifications.

Pay: Up to ₹900,000.00 per year
