Role Overview

We are hiring an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in SQL, Python, and Tableau (mandatory) along with proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and PowerPoint. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end analytics ownership—working with global stakeholders to understand business challenges, preparing and analyzing data, building impactful reports/dashboards, and delivering actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with global business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Independently manage end-to-end project execution: data extraction, cleaning, transformation, and analysis.
• Design and build dashboards, reports, and KPIs using Tableau, SQL, Excel/Google Sheets.
• Perform advanced analytics (exploratory analysis, segmentation, regression, cohort analysis, forecasting).
• Provide deep-dive insights on performance trends, drivers, and business opportunities.
• Create compelling business presentations in PowerPoint to communicate insights to senior leadership.
• Ensure data accuracy and governance, while adhering to best practices in analytics reporting.
• Drive collaboration across cross-functional and global teams with strong stakeholder management skills.

Mandatory Skills

• SQL – Advanced querying, joins, aggregations, optimization.
• Python – Data preparation, exploratory analysis, automation (pandas, numpy, matplotlib/seaborn preferred).
• Tableau – Advanced dashboards, calculated fields, storyboards, KPI tracking.
• Google Sheets/Excel – Pivot tables, formulas, lookups, charts (macros preferred).
• PowerPoint – Strong business storytelling with impactful presentations.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: 3–4 years of strong hands-on experience in analytics and business reporting.
• Proven ability to handle projects independently—right from scoping, data preparation, analysis, visualization, and insight generation.
• Exposure to advanced analytics such as exploratory analysis, segmentation, regression, and forecasting.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate data into business stories.
• Strong experience in global stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Good to Have (Preferred)

• Experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
• Familiarity with other BI tools (Power BI, Looker).
• Exposure to statistical modeling or ML techniques.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools (JIRA, Confluence).
