Job Title: Business Analyst

Experience: 3-4 Years

Location: Chennai (Onsite)

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Notice period: Immediate or 15 days

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients and stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into clear and detailed functional specifications.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with clients to understand project goals and define scope.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, designers, and developers to ensure successful delivery.
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure solutions meet business expectations.
• Create wireframes, process flow diagrams, and use cases to illustrate solutions.
• Provide continuous support during development and post-launch phases.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend best practices.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with both internal teams and external clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT/software development.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Proficient in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, MS Office, and Balsamiq (or similar).
• Strong documentation and presentation skills.
• Experience in client-facing roles with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
