Business Analyst

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with substantial experience in the UK banking and financial services sector. The successful candidate will play a key role in bridging business and technology teams on a project focused on Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform. The role requires an in-depth understanding of banking processes, excellent skills in gathering and analysing requirements, and the ability to translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions. Familiarity with AI, particularly Microsoft Copilot Studio, is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

· Engage with stakeholders across business and technology functions to capture, analyse, and document requirements.

· Analyse banking processes and identify opportunities for optimisation through Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform.

· Facilitate workshops, interviews, and process mapping sessions with business users.

· Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and testers to ensure requirements are well understood and delivered effectively.

· Support the definition of functional and non-functional requirements.

· Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle.

· Contribute to solution design discussions, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical delivery.

· Produce high-quality documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows.

· Assist with testing activities, including test case definition and UAT support.

Required Skills and Experience

· Proven experience as a Business Analyst within UK banking or financial services.

· Strong knowledge of end-to-end banking processes.

· Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM and Microsoft Power Platform.

· Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across both business and technology teams.

· Ability to work independently within a project team, managing priorities and deliverables.

· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Desirable Skills

· Familiarity with AI-driven tools, particularly Microsoft Copilot Studio.

· Knowledge of regulatory and compliance considerations within banking.

· Experience working in agile delivery environments.
