Business Analyst

Team BCODER is looking for a Business Analyst with 6 months–1 year of experience to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. This role focuses on requirement gathering, documentation, and process analysis—not sales or business development.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications, BRD, and SRS.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure requirements are met.
• Assist in creating process flows, use cases, and wireframes.
• Support UAT by validating requirements against delivered features.
• Maintain clear communication between business teams and technical teams.

Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field preferred.
