We are looking for a Business Analyst (BA) who will act as a bridge between the Product Owner, development teams, and support teams. The BA will be responsible for gathering and analyzing requirements, managing sprints, ensuring clear communication across teams, and validating that deliverables meet business needs. The role also involves exploring new product opportunities and ensuring requirements are properly signed off before delivery.
Requirement Gathering & Analysis
Gather requirements from clients, Product Owner (PO), or support teams.
Document, analyze, and prioritize business needs into clear technical requirements.
Ensure clarity and completeness of requirements before development starts.
Sprint & Work Management
Assist in sprint planning and track ongoing work.
Ensure tasks are clearly defined and aligned with sprint goals.
Monitor progress and ensure timely delivery.
Daily & Weekly Reporting
Collect daily updates from team members.
Provide weekly progress reports and updates to the Product Owner (PO).
Requirement Validation & Sign-off
Validate completed work against requirements.
Provide sign-off once requirements are met as per business needs.
Market Research & Product Improvements
Research market trends and competitor products.
Identify and generate new requirements to enhance the product.
Team Coordination & Communication
Act as a communication bridge between developers, QA, support, and PO.
Coordinate effectively to resolve blockers and align team efforts.
Maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders.
Strong understanding of requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum sprint processes.
Ability to coordinate across multiple teams (development, QA, support).
Good knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to research, analyze, and propose new product features.
3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT/software projects.
