Key Responsibilities

• Data Collection & Analysis: Assist in gathering, cleaning, and analyzing customer data from various sources. You'll use SQL to run queries and extract data for routine reports and ad-hoc analysis.
• Reporting & Dashboards: Support the creation and maintenance of dashboards in Google Studio to monitor key post-sales metrics like customer satisfaction scores (CSAT), support ticket volumes ,Escalation trends and post-trip engagement rates.
• Basic Insights: Help identify initial trends and patterns in customer behavior and feedback. You'll assist in translating data points into basic insights that can inform business decisions.
• Cross-functional Support: Work with operations and customer support teams to help them understand data related to their daily work. For example, you might provide reports on the types of issues customers are reporting to the call center.
• Documentation: Maintain clear and organized documentation for data sources, queries, and reports to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2-5 years of experience in a business analyst, data analyst, or similar role. Graduates with strong analytical skills and experience in providing business insights is must
• Technical Skills : Foundational knowledge of SQL is a must. You should also have experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Google Studio and be proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Analytical Skills : A strong desire to learn and grow in a data-driven environment. You should have a knack for numbers and the ability to spot trends and anomalies.
• Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills. You should be able to present your findings clearly and concisely.
• Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy is required for this role.
• Proactive Attitude: You should be a self-starter who is eager to take on new challenges and learn new skills.
