Job Title: Business Analyst – Post-Sales

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst (Post-Sales) to join our team and bridge the gap between clients and technical teams, ensuring smooth execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients post-sales to ensure seamless project execution.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements in the form of BRD, FRD, and SRS.
• Work closely with development and QA teams to translate requirements into functional deliverables.
• Ensure clarity and alignment of client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Apply Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) or Waterfall where applicable to manage project workflows.
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and daily stand-ups to track progress and resolve blockers.
• Provide ongoing support to clients and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in post-sales or project delivery.
• Strong understanding of BRD, FRD, and SRS documentation.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Waterfall) and project management practices.
• Excellent client handling, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
