Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst / System Architect who can effectively bridge the gap between clients and our development team. The ideal candidate will be skilled at understanding client requirements through storytelling and active listening, and converting those into structured documentation and system designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze client requirements through discussions, storytelling, and business use cases.
• Create clear and detailed documentation of requirements.
• Design flowcharts, ER diagrams, and system architecture using tools like draw.io or equivalent.
• Translate client needs into structured inputs for the development team.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Research market trends and competitors to suggest improvements and innovative solutions.

Requirements:

• 0–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or System Architect (freshers with relevant skills are welcome).
• Strong understanding of system architecture, business process modeling, and requirement gathering.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as draw.io, Lucidchart, or similar.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for requirement gathering and storytelling.
• Ability to analyze and document business processes clearly and concisely.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of Tableau or other visualization tools will be an added advantage.
• Exposure to client-facing roles.
