Responsibilities:

• Assist in gathering and documenting requirements from stakeholders.
• Support in preparing BRD, FRD, and User Stories.
• Help in process mapping and workflow documentation.
• Coordinate with development & testing teams during the SDLC/Agile process.
• Support in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and prepare basic reports.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication & analytical skills.
• Basic understanding of SDLC, Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
• Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Wireframes.
• Eagerness to learn tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.
