Business Analyst

1.Preparation of BRD(Business Requirement Document) a) Work with stakeholders to identify and document business needs and requirements. b) Develop and maintain business requirements documents c) Conduct research and analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities. 2.Preparation of FRD(Functional Requirement Document) a) Produce clear definition of project scope and objectives b) Producing FRD as basis for design and development c) Recommend solutions to improve business processes, systems, and products. d) Work with developers to ensure that solutions meet business requirements. 3.Preparation of visual representation of “As Is” and “To Be” process a) Understand the current state of the process b) Identify processes and activities c) Capture inputs and outputs d) Document roles and responsibilities e) Use standard notation or symbols f) Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and SMEs
