Business Analyst

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in business analysis, requirement gathering, and stakeholder management. Candidates with an MBA degree in Business Analyst will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

· Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Development, QA, Sales, and Operations) to define and implement business solutions.

· Create and maintain functional specifications, process flows, and use cases.

· Support in preparing business proposals, presentations, and reports.

· Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business decision-making.

· Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure requirements are met.

· Provide insights and recommendations to improve processes and business outcomes.

· Support in preparing marketing strategies, presentations, and business proposals.

· Track and analyze campaign performance, customer engagement, and sales data.

Skills & Competencies:

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.

· Good understanding of business processes and IT systems.

· Knowledge of requirement gathering tools, documentation, and reporting.

· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

· Basic knowledge of SQL/BI tools will be an added advantage.

· Ability to work independently and in a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

· MBA (Business Analytics / IT / Operations preferred).

· 1–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT/Product/Consulting domain.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
