Business Analyst

Hiring Business Analysts to analyze requirements, translate them into actionable insights, and ensure smooth communication between the teams.

Salary : INR 5,00,000 - 10,00,000 / year (based on experience)

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time system monitoring for Razorpay s top merchants and enterprise-wide transactions, with immediate stakeholder alerts during performance issues
• Transform merchant key metrics into actionable business intelligence through comprehensive data analysis
• Execute timely communication to stakeholders during system incidents or data anomalies
• Build and maintain interactive dashboards for internal performance tracking and metric visualization
• Identify meaningful patterns, trends, and inferences through data analytics
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve issues and implement improvements
  
  

Eligibility

• Proven ability to manage and interpret large-scale datasets
• Hands-on experience with business intelligence tools and data manipulation techniques (Tableau, Looker, etc)
• Knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis
• Strong communication skills
