We are hiring for a BUSINESS ANALYST for a Logistics Industry

Location: Chennai

Experience 6-8 years of experience in business analysis role.

Qualification : Bachelors or Master’s degree in business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.

Salary: 10 to 12 Lakhs PA

A Business Analyst in the banking / healthcare / general (neutral) software products domain plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions.

Responsibilities:

# Driving Digital Revenue:

Partnering with sales and account managers to directly influence and grow revenue from digital products (EffiDocX, DART, Escrow, Digitization & BPM).

# Increasing Solution Adoption:

Ensuring new and existing customers successfully adopt our digital solutions, improving stickiness and long-term usage.

# Delivering Winning Propositions :

Diagnosing both recognized and unrecognized customer challenges, leveraging expertise in document management to craft and present winning solutions that lead to successful customer outcomes.

This role bridges the gap that currently exists with our account and sales managers, combining technical know-how and solution development acumen to achieve joint success.

# Shaping Future Customer Impact:

Helping customers visualize the transformational benefits of digital solutions, positioning as their long-term upstream partner.

The goal is to increase revenue per account beyond current levels through the inclusion of digital solutions and BPM.
