Business Analyst

• 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Analyst or Business Analyst within software development teams • Define clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria • Collaborate closely with Product Managers to align roadmap and vision with delivery • Work with Scrum Masters, Developers, and QA to ensure smooth sprint execution • Ensure requirements are well understood and clarify scope during development • Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospective • Monitor progress, track metrics, and adapt priorities as needed • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with expertise in consensus building, stakeholder negotiation, and conflict resolution • Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, and MS Office Suite for Agile tracking, documentation, and reporting • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, product management and engineering team • Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business goals and customer needs
