Role Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated
Business Analyst
with
3+ years of experience
to join our growing team. In this role, you will work as a key liaison between business stakeholders and a cross-functional team of developers on an exciting
e-commerce project
. Your insights and analysis will help shape user-centric features, streamline workflows, and ensure that our digital products align with business goals.
Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements related to the e-commerce platform.

Work closely with developers to translate requirements into clear, actionable tasks and ensure technical feasibility.

Assist in defining user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritizing backlogs in collaboration with the product owner.

Analyze customer journeys, product performance, and conversion data to inform product improvements.

Identify process inefficiencies and recommend system or workflow enhancements to improve user experience and business performance.

Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives as part of an Agile/Scrum team.

Ensure clear communication between business and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Support QA testing efforts by creating test scenarios, validating functionality against requirements, and collaborating with QA engineers to ensure product quality.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

3+ years of experience
as a Business Analyst, preferably on digital or e-commerce platforms.

Experience in or understanding of QA processes, including writing test cases and validating business requirements through testing.

Strong understanding of e-commerce business models, customer behavior, and platform workflows.

Experience working directly with development teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Proficiency in writing user stories, creating wireframes, and modeling business processes.

Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or similar project management platforms.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
