Role Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated  Business Analyst  with  3+ years of experience  to join our growing team. In this role, you will work as a key liaison between business stakeholders and a cross-functional team of developers on an exciting  e-commerce project . Your insights and analysis will help shape user-centric features, streamline workflows, and ensure that our digital products align with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements related to the e-commerce platform.
• Work closely with developers to translate requirements into clear, actionable tasks and ensure technical feasibility.
• Assist in defining user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritizing backlogs in collaboration with the product owner.
• Analyze customer journeys, product performance, and conversion data to inform product improvements.
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend system or workflow enhancements to improve user experience and business performance.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives as part of an Agile/Scrum team.
• Ensure clear communication between business and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support QA testing efforts by creating test scenarios, validating functionality against requirements, and collaborating with QA engineers to ensure product quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience  as a Business Analyst, preferably on digital or e-commerce platforms.
• Experience in or understanding of QA processes, including writing test cases and validating business requirements through testing.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce business models, customer behavior, and platform workflows.
• Experience working directly with development teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Proficiency in writing user stories, creating wireframes, and modeling business processes.
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or similar project management platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
