Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Business Analyst with 1-2+ years of experience to provide actionable insights that drive growth, optimize operations, and inform product-market fit. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between data, business goals, and creative branding efforts, enabling effective decision-making for our evolving startup.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, competitor data, and sales performance to identify growth opportunities and risks in both vodka and lingerie segments.
Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to define requirements, track KPIs, and enable data-driven planning.
Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling efforts aligned with brand goals.
Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements across supply chain, sales, and marketing operations.
Assist in measuring the success of campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities with quantitative analysis.
Collaborate in defining business metrics and tracking data integrity across platforms.
Requirements
1-2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in lifestyle, retail, FMCG, or startup environments.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and business intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
Ability to interpret complex data sets and articulate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting best practices.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams.
Startup mindset with adaptability, curiosity, and problem-solving focus.
Preferred
Experience in alcohol, fashion, or luxury brand analytics.
Knowledge of CRM, ERP, and analytics tools common in retail or beverage sectors.
Hands-on exposure to consumer data platforms and e-commerce analytics.

Compensation: Competitive, based on experience
